  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 150 ml freshly brewed coffee;
  • coffee liqueur;
  • 50 g dark chocolate;
  • 3 tbsp.  cocoa powder;
  • powdered sugar

    1. First, separate the whites from the yolks, then whisk the whites into thick foam. Take another bowl and whisk the yolks and powdered sugar, add the cheese and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Mix the whites by small portions with the resulting cream.
    2. Before you start cooking you need to make coffee, so it has time to cool down to room temperature. It is necessary to add 2-3 tablespoons of liqueur, and then pour it into a deep dish so that it was easy to dip the biscuits.
    3. Getting to the formation of layers of tiramisu. The first step – dip one side of each biscuit in a horizontal position in coffee for just 1 second, and lay it out in the pre-prepared form. The second step – make a layer of half of our cream. The third step – lay the cooled biscuits, complete it with the last layer of the cream.
    4. Put the dessert in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Before you serve it, decorate the tiramisu with grated chocolate and cocoa.

    Hint: Before cooking tiramisu it is necessary to put the mascarpone in the refrigerator. The cheese for this dessert should be cold, so the tiramisu does not fall apart.

What we need for the tiramisu:

  • 500g mascarpone cheese;

  • cocoa powder;
  • grated chocolate;
  • powdered sugar.

1. For the classic tiramisu you need to warm the eggs to room temperature and separate the whites from the yolks. In a separate bowl whisk the egg yolks with half the sugar with a mixer until pale yellow. Then gently rub the yolks separately with powdered sugar, add mascarpone and stir well. Mix the whites by small portions with the resulting cream.
2. In the prepared for serving the dessert dish lay out a layer of biscuits. With a spoon gently pour a mixture of wine and coffee on them. Then, cover the pastry with an even layer of the half of the cream. Make another layer of pastry, pour the coffee and wine mixture and distribute the remaining cream on top.
3. Put the tiramisu in the fridge to properly soak. Before serving, sprinkle the tiramisu with chocolate chips and cocoa.
