Ingredients:

  • 5 stems of celery
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2-3 pieces of white bread
  • salt and pepper

How to Cook

Cut the celery into cubes and stew them in butter. Chop potato and boil it. Mix all the vegetables and blend them. Add cream, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

Beat up an egg and cover each piece of bread, dry the bread slices out in the oven and cut into cubes. Top the soup with these croutons and it’s done!

Ingredients:

  • 2 stems of celery
  • ½ glass of green grapes
  • 1 onion

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard

How to Cook

Slice celery and cover it with lemon juice

Cut onion into thin rings. Divide grapes in half and remove seeds. Fry walnuts on both sides with olive oil.

Now mix all ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 stems of celery
  • 1kg of pumpkin
  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
