  • 6 middle onions;

This soup should replace bread, meat, coffee and sandwiches. If you want to snack, then eat a cup of this soup. It gives satiety with minimum calories.

As to drinks, it’s recommended to drink mineral and sweetened water, tea.

Well, it’s impossible to eat the soup only, that’s why we advise the following variations:

The 1st day: the soup and fruits.

Eat any fruits, except bananas. Melons and watermelons contain fewer calories than other fruits.

The 2nd day: the soup and vegetables.

Eat all vegetables: raw, fresh, tinned and verdure with the soup.diet to quickly losing weight

The 3rd day: the soup, fruits and vegetables.

Eat any berries.

The 4th day: the soup, fruits and milk.

Eat as much soup, fresh vegetables and fruits as you want. But take only 3 bananas and one glass of milk.

The 5th day: beef and tomatoes with the soup.

Eat 300 – 500 gm of beef and tomatoes. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water within this day. Eat the soup.

The 6th day: beef and vegetables with the soup.

Eat these products as much as you want. Drink water.

The 7th day: brown rice, fruits, vegetables and soup.

The next products are forbidden: bread, alcohol, carbonated beverages, fried food.

Eat the soup everyday as soon as you feel hungry.

Remove all the fat from the meat and skin from poultry.

In case you stopped the diet we recommend you start it over from the very beginning.
